Tater Tot Casserole

2 pounds ground turkey, cooked, seasoned, drained
3 (2-pound) bags Tater Tots
2 (10 3/4 - ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 3/3- ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (12- ounce) cans evaporated milk
Preheat oven 350 F
Spread the seasoned, browned meat in two 9x13 - inch cassrole pans. Cover the with the Tater Tots (you don't have to cook, them first.) Mix the soups and milk together and pour the mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 16 to 20. Can also half everything and only make one. This is a recipe the whole family enjoyed.


Double Mint Chocolate Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup (2 sticks) butter softened 2 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 2/3 cups (11 oz pkg.) Mint Chocolate Morsles 3/4 cup paked brown sugar
3/4 cup Nestle Toll House Cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375
Combine- flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Morsles. Drop by round tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 mintures or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 mintues, remove to wire racks. Also can make as pan cookie bake for 20 to 25. taste like Girl Scouts Mint Cookies
